Today will focus on your strength and flexibility with some yoga poses and we'll leave you with a fun balancing challenge of the day. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around. and a toilet roll (for balancing).

Today's lesson will start off with a movement exercise to warm up your body before our upper body strength and fitness routine.At the end of the lesson we'll show you a fun balance and coordination challenge. In today's lesson you'll work on a routine to practice some Australian Rules Football movements. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 4 pairs of socks, 6 cups and a box or basket.

Throw and catch with partner

Physical activity lesson 48 (Series 2)

Today's lesson will focus on building your hand-eye coordination. You'll warm up through a variety of challenges and in our main activity we'll use a partner to practice these skills together. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 3 objects you can fit in your hand (such as tennis ball, bean bag, rolled up socks) and a ruler.

Today's lesson will start off with a movement warm up before our lower body strength and fitness routine.At the end of the lesson we'll show you game you can go on with during the day. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, a mat or towel, a bottle of water, 3 pieces of paper, a plastic cup, small rolled up piece of paper or foil and a marker (such as a rolled up sock or soft toy).
